Hello, I’m Lucy and I’ll be guiding you through your Unplugged Weekend.


We'll begin on Friday with a device surrender ceremony where you’ll hand over your gadgets- including smartphones, tablets and laptops. Don’t worry, they will be safely stored away and there’s an emergency contact number that friends and family can reach us on if needed.

I’ve been hosting Unplugged Weekend retreats since 2014 and in those five years I have developed the perfect formula for first time digital detoxers, like you. During the retreat you'll enjoy a full programme of activities which has been specially developed to help you let go of stress, unwind from our always-on culture and re-connect to your deeper self. I promise by Sunday, you won’t even want your phone back.
